ENTRIES ARE OPEN FOR CADWELL
WE ARE PLEASED TO INFORM YOU ALL THAT THE ENTRIES FOR CADWELL PARK REVIVAL ON 7TH/8TH AUGUST ARE NOW OPEN. THE ENTRY FEE IS £250 PER TEAM PLUS AN EXTRA PRACTICE DAY ON THE FRIDAY FOR £165 OR £90 FOR HALF A DAY.
HOW TO ENTER!
If you’ve previously registered on the Bemsee site, just login and click RACE ENTRIES > select the Cadwell Revival Meeting and book. If you’ve set up a profile in the past when your class was last with Bemsee but can’t recall your loggin details – just call Bemsee on 01708 720305 and they will find that for you.
If you’ve not registered on the Bemsee site before:
Just go to the website at bemsee.net > Click on "Register" at the top of the page and follow the steps to set-up your own profile - you will enter your own email and password to save your profile, you can use these details to then access the site to make changes or enter the Revival Meeting now.
HOW TO BOOK: Click "RACE ENTRIES" and book into the meeting
You'll see your class included on the meeting entry form, and the Friday testday if you wish to do that. Click on the appropriate boxes - there's a slider at the foot of the testday column that can change the testday from full to half day (halfday is pm).
As our meeting is a one-off with the Club this season, the system will add £10 for weekend Membership of the club to your fees if you are not a current 2021 Bemsee member.
Click "book now" at the bottom and go through the check-out procedure where you will enter a debit or credit card. No payments are taken until a week from the meeting on Friday 30th July, so if you need to withdraw, just call Bemsee on 01708 720305 and they can cancel your booking, with no charge. Cancellation after that date will incur a £25 admin fee but the rest of your entry fees will be refunded.
Remember to add your personal transponder number into your Profile, otherwise they will assume you need to hire one and the site will add £30 for that to your Entry Fees.
Bemsee will update your Race Number based on what you have agreed with us, so they will update your profile to include that at their end.
The meeting you are doing with Bemsee is at an MSV circuit - they will be using the MSV eTickets system. This means they will email your meeting tickets. They will email on Wednesday 28th July
You can also login to your profile, login - then click "My Profile" at the top, then go to "My Tickets", there you will find links to print your tickets nearer the meeting.
You will not receive anything by post from Bemsee, you can go to the "Meeting File" at bemsee.net in the lead-up to the meeting to find & print Final Instructions, Timetables & Paddock Plans etc.
Your Technical Inspection Card will be held at the Tek Bay for you – go through technical inspection when it's convenient for you and then go to the Race Office to sign-on. Hired Transponders are available for collection from there from Friday afternoon.
