Update 21/4/21

Hi Camathias Cup Family,

We all hope that you and your families are keeping well in these continuing strange times.

We just wanted to give you all a quick update on this year's proposed race meetings.

Hengelo 1st - 2nd May

With the ongoing issues around COVID 19 and travel restrictions, this meeting has now been moved to the 4th & 5th September, when hopefully we will all be able to travel.

Bob Mac 19th - 20th June

With the ongoing issues around COVID 19 this meeting was cancelled at the weekend. The SCMRC are hoping to run this later in the year. When we hear anymore we will let you all know.

Spa Francorchamps 2nd - 4th July
It is with a heavy heart that we have had to pull out of this meeting this year, we were left with no option with the continuing issues of COVID 19 and travel restrictions. The organisers wanted us to pay a deposit this month and with no guarantees that we can all travel there we felt we had to pull out. We will try to arrange for 2022. So we feel it will be better to refund all those that have paid their entry fees as there are no guarantees for 2022.
UK Members - Please email Laura Hodgkins (treasurercamathias@gmail.com) with your details so she can arrange for the money to be transferred to your bank account. If you do not have a bank account then it can be transferred to your paypal account, but you will incur charges.
European Members - Can you also email Laura Hodgkins (treasurercamathias@gmail.com) with how you would like your money back also.
Chimay 16th - 18th JulyWith the continuing issues around COVID 19 and travel restrictions we understand that they are currently planning to run this meeting. If there are any changes we will let you all know as soon as we hear.
Cadwell Park 6th-8th AugustAll the indications are that this meeting will be taking place.
Gedinne 20th - 22nd AugustThis meeting has now been cancelled for 2021 due too many uncertainties due to COVID 19.

Nous espérons que vous et vos familles vous portez bien.

Nous souhaitions vous donner des nouvelles des différentes organisations de l'année.

Hengelo 1/2 Mai : Suivants les conditions d'évolution de la pandémie et des restrictions de voyage, cette course a été reportée au 4 et 5 septembre, date à laquelle nous espérons pouvoir voyager.

Bob Mac 19/20 Juin : Cette course a été annulée le week-end dernier. Le SCMRC espère le reconduire l'année prochaine.

Spa Francorchamps 2/4 juillet : C'est avec tristesse que nous devons annuler la course cette année alors que les organisateurs ne nous pas vraiment laissé d'option. Nous devions payer ce mois ci une caution sans avoir la garantie que nous serions autoriser à voyager pour la course. Nous avons du renoncer à cette organisation. Nous pensons qu'il mieux pour tous les équipages ayant déjà payé de se faire rembourser l'engagement. Nous essaierons de remettre cette cours course à notre calendrier en 2022 mais nous ne pouvons rien garantir.

Membres britaniques : envoyez un mail à Laura Hodgins (treasurercamathias@gmail.com) avec vos coordonnées bancaires afin de transférer les fonds. Si vous n'avez de compte bancaire, cela peut être versé sur votre compte Paypal, mais il y aura des frais à votre charge.

Chimay 16/18 juillet : malgré la pandémie, nous avons compris que le club planifie l'organisation de la course.

Cadwell Park 6/8 août : l'organisation de la course est maintenue à ce jour.

Gedinne 20/22 août : Le club annule la course cette année.

We hopen allemaal dat u en uw gezin het goed doen in deze gekke tijden.

We wilden jullie allemaal een korte update geven van de voorgestelde race evenementen van dit jaar.

Hengelo 1 - 2 mei
Met de aanhoudende problemen rond COVID 19 en reisbeperkingen, is dit evenement nu verplaatst naar 4 en 5 september. Hopelijk kunnen we allemaal reizen .

Bob Mac 19 - 20 juni
Met de aanhoudende problemen rond COVID 19 word dit evenement geannuleerd op deze datum, de SCMRC hoopt dit later in het jaar te organiseren. Als we meer horen, laten we het jullie allemaal weten.

Spa Francorchamps 2 - 4 juli
Het is met pijn in ons hart dat we ons dit jaar hebben moeten terugtrekken uit dit evenement. We hadden geen keus met de voortdurende problemen van COVID 19 en reisbeperkingen. De organisatoren wilden dat we deze maand een aanbetaling betaalden en zonder de garantie dat we allemaal daarheen konden reizen, voelden we dat we moesten annuleren. Het is nog onzeker of we terug mogen komen in 2022.
Dus we denken dat het beter is om iedereen die zijn inschrijfgeld heeft betaald terug te betalen, aangezien er geen garanties zijn voor 2022.
Leden in het VK - Stuur een e-mail naar Laura Hodgkins (treasurercamathias@gmail.com) met uw gegevens, zodat zij kan regelen dat het geld naar uw bankrekening of PayPal wordt overgemaakt als u dat wenst.
Europese leden - Kunt u ook een e-mail sturen naar Laura Hodgkins (treasurercamathias@gmail.com) met de vraag hoe u ook uw geld terug wilt hebben?

Deze bijeenkomst is nu afgelast voor 2021 vanwege te veel onzekerheden vanwege COVID 19

We hopen dat jullie allemaal een goed 2021 hebben, waar je ook kunt racen, en we kijken er erg naar uit jullie allemaal binnenkort te zien.
